Leave “Gangnam Style” and the other hottest dance crazes to other players, North Carolina’s Bryn Renner seems to say. He’s decidedly more old school.
After throwing a 23-yard touchdown pass to Giovani Bernard in the fourth quarter of Thursday night’s 37–13 win at Virginia, Renner celebrated on the sidelines with “The Lawn Mower.” You know, one of those very dated dance moves that most people wouldn’t be caught dead trying to pull off.
Then again, Renner has led the Tar Heels to bowl eligibility for the second straight year and needs just three TD passes to tie the school mark of 26 that he set last season. If the man wants to kick it old school, he’s earned the right to do so.
