Most Minnesota basketball fans have probably loved seeing the aerial displays of senior Rodney Williams, including his 360 dunk earlier this season against North Dakota State. Those in attendance for the Gophers’ game against Michigan on Thursday saw another 360 — but not from Williams.
Rather, the honors were performed by Wolverines freshman Glenn Robinson III. With his team up 54–37, Big Dog’s son stole the ball near midcourt and had an uncontested breakaway to Minnesota’s basket. He collected himself and effortlessly threw down his own 360-degree jam.
Maybe it’s just us, but Robinson III seemed to sneak a peek back at the Gophers bench before he went up, as if to say, “You’ve seen this before, haven’t you?”
