Everything sounds so much more wholesome and innocent when a ukulele is involved, doesn’t it? Too bad Ohio State’s Cardale Jones didn’t get the memo before sending his “We ain’t come to play school” tweet last Friday.
The NOC, which bills itself as “an entertainment channel about the personalities and lives of athletes,” posted a video to its YouTube channel on Sunday of adorable singer songwriter Michelle Ferreira singing Jones’ tweet while playing the ukulele. The crassness of Jones’ tweet melts away in seconds.
For those of you interested in seeing more of Ferreira — and there’s sure to be a few — she also has tweet-based songs inspired by Packers guard T.J. Lang and free agent fullback Jason McKie.
