It feels like a long time ago that Marcus Vick was trying to follow in older brother Michael’s footsteps as a star QB at Virginia Tech. Especially considering how his rap sheet continues to grow.
On Saturday, a warrant was issued for the younger Vick’s arrest after he failed to appear in Virginia court on 2010 charges of driving on a suspended license.
His attorney, Lawrence Woodward, told the judge that Vick was unable to get to the court in Hampton from his home in Atlanta, according to a report in the Hampton Roads Daily Press.
Vick has been in trouble with the law ever since 2002, his redshirt freshman season at Virginia Tech. If he doesn’t toe the straight and narrow soon, who knows under what circumstances we’ll next read about him. Marcus Vick profile
