Mississippi St. Fan Photobombs ‘TODAY’

Alabama may be a heavy favorite against 7-0 Mississippi State on Saturday, but that won’t silence Bulldogs supporters far and wide. That includes those on the set of NBC’s ‘Today Show.’

On Friday morning, an MSU supporter held up a sign on the Rockefeller Center set of the show that read, “We Believe! 8–0 #HAILSTATE.”

And with that, a burgeoning fan support movement had its first taste of national exposure.

Ever since Mississippi State’s victory last Saturday, Bulldogs fans have been rallying around the phrase “We Believe” in anticipation of their team’s trip to Tuscaloosa, where they are 24-point underdogs. Signs with that phrase, the #HailState hashtag and 8–0 have popped up everywhere.

All those fans will find out tomorrow if their faith will be rewarded with a shocking upset.
