POTUS wasn’t toting a sousaphone and dotting the “I” in Script Ohio, but he tried to do the next best thing during his visit Tuesday to the Buckeye State.
Twitter user Jared Kamrass (@JaredKamrass) posted a photo of Barack Obama forming the “I” in a four-man, human version of the word “Ohio.” The photo op came prior to his speaking engagement at Capital University, located in the Columbus suburb of Bexley.
From a campaigning perspective, Obama’s decision to side with the Buckeyes over the Wolverines is a no-brainer. Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight Blog has the odds of Obama winning Michigan at 91.6% while his Ohio odds are a much more tenuous 66.3%.
The ball is in Mitt Romney’s court to steal a win in Florida by doing the Gator Chomp.
