One of the kegs at an LSU tailgate before the Tigers’ 41–3 thrashing of Washington on Saturday night was built to look like R2-D2 from Star Wars – but with a few modifications to enhance its “LSU-ness.”
The blue parts of the original model were painted purple, and R2-D2’s head was filled in with gold. Add to that a bowtie and a tip jar extending from the beer bot’s left arm and you have the world’s most dutiful bartender.
Kudos to LSU. It’s not just on the field where the SEC continues to prove its superiority.
