While Oregon won’t be wearing new helmets for the Fiesta Bowl, seeing the yellow liquid metal helmets in person was enough to overwhelm Kansas State DB Carl Miles Jr.
In a classic picture taken in the lead up to the game in Tempe, Miles is seen clutching the chrome helmet with his eyes about to pop out of his head. Needless to say, Oregon’s helmets are a little bit louder than K-State’s traditional Power Cat look.
