In what should be no surprise to anyone at this point, Texas A&M star QB Johnny Manziel had himself an epic night at Hurricane Harry’s in College Station, TX, on Thursday night.
Eager to show off his country music chops after his recent appearance in the music video for Granger Smith’s “Silverado Bench Seat,” the reigning Heisman Trophy winner joined another country music artist, Wade Bowen, on stage. Let’s just say Manziel would be wise to stick to football.
Afterwards, the two hung out backstage — by which time it was 3:30 AM — to announce that they were “drinking the vodka together.”
Don’t be so quick to take this as proof that the 20-year-old Manziel was engaging in some underage drinking. This goofy saying appears to be a catch phrase for Bowen.
There’s not much more to say other than that by Johnny Manziel standards, this was actually a pretty chill night.
