On Monday, Nettleton (AR) High sophomore Victor Dukes had a dunk that has to be seen to be believed. Not only does Dukes finish with his head above the rim, he also seems to be still rising when he jams it home. Meanwhile, the helpless defender who tried to stop Dukes was left dazed and confused after being used as Dukes’ personal launching pad.
