No one ever said seafood can’t make for a good dessert, as one awesome, LSU-themed groom’s cake demonstrates.
The groom chose to get a cake modeled after a crawfish boil. And the level of detail for everything is phenomenal: The crawfish (admittedly cuter looking than normal crawfish, but no bother); the chunks of corn, mushrooms and potatoes floating in the pot; and the pairs of tongs outside the pot.
Throw in a big purple “LSU” on the side of the pot and you have a Bayou Bengal fan groom’s cake from heaven.
Not to mention conflicting cravings for both crawfish and cake at the same time. Gross but understandable when you’re staring at this work of art.
