South Carolina’s Devin Taylor is an All-SEC defensive end and, at 6′ 8″ and 267 pounds, an enticing pro prospect.
He also makes for some unconventional cougar bait. Not to mention the last person you’d expect to rock a Speedo.
As the Gamecocks prepare to try and fulfill some understandably lofty preseason expectations, Taylor looks intent on enjoying the rest of his summer break.
Courtesy of Friends of the Program, Taylor is photographed amidst a floatilla of boats. He’s abutted by two middle-aged women who look happy to get some camera time with the anchor of South Carolina’s defensive line in a teeny bathing suit and googles.
Taylor is a preseason Bednarik Award candidate, along with teammate Jadeveon Clowney, after recording six sacks last season as a junior.
Let’s just hope this picture doesn’t give Steve Spurrier any ideas…
