It feels like a day doesn’t go by without Alabama fans blowing us away with their fanaticism for Crimson Tide football.
On the heels of the Bear Bryant hat groom’s cake and $1,700 Big Al back tattoo comes a wedding that left no stone unturned in honoring the Crimson Tide during the ceremony.
The wedding, posted onto YouTube on Thursday, features a minister dressed as a referee, both the bride and groom wearing the Alabama logo on their clothes, a fake football field serving as the aisle, a goal post instead of an altar, a cameo from Alabama mascot Big Al and the Crimson Tide fight song being played at the end.
Notice that the wedding gives the couple just enough time to take a honeymoon and be back home just in time for the Sept. 1 showdown between Alabama and Michigan in Cowboys Stadium.
Call it a hunch, but we have a feeling two tickets to that game were on the wedding registry.
