Boise State FB Equipment Truck Hits Cow

In possibly the most bizarre story of the 2012 college football season so far, Boise State’s football equipment truck apparently hit a cow while on the way to Hattiesburg, MS, for the Broncos game with Southern Miss on Saturday.

The picture below, apparently taken by a member of the equipment staff, was tweeted by Brian Murphy of the Idaho Statesman, with the following message:

The picture on Flickr is even more succinct: “Truck hits cow.”

As you can see, there is blood splattered on the front of the truck, which has a massive dent in it and has been showered with mud and/or cow manure.

We sure hope the cow survived this collision but judging from the photo below, it doesn’t look promising.

Really? This is funny? Someone needs to find another job.

How do you not see a cow?

Unless you have drove one of those trucks, I would refrain from making comments like that ! While he may have seen it, who knows how much time he had to stop ! Those big rigs aren’t sports cars you know .

Poor, poor cow!:(:( I agree with a prior commenter, “how do you not see a cow?”

Maybe I should post a picture of a 4wheeler (car) sitting under a  truck trailer!

How do you not see a trailer??  and maybe before you make yourself look totally stupid you should google how long it takes a tractor trailer to stop!

I wonder if the driver is a Boise State grad for back when BSU was a community college offering a course in truck driving.
