Oregon’s Harrington Now Ducks Analyst

Heading into the 2002 season, the Detroit Lions were starved for a franchise quarterback and were thrilled to pick Oregon’s Joey Harrington No. 3 overall in the draft. But the 2001 Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Year was thrust into the starting position behind an awful team and was run out of the city by 2005. He’d remain in the league as a back-up until 2008. Last season Harrington began his broadcasting career working as a color analyst for Oregon football games and currently works as an NFL and college football analyst for Fox Sports Radio.
