MSU’s Gholston Suspended One Game

After all the discussion and debate, the Big Ten has finally suspended star defensive end William Gholston for twisting Denard Robinson’s head and punching lineman Taylor Lewan on Saturday.

“I deeply regret momentarily losing my composure late in the third quarter of last Saturday’s game against Michigan,” Gholston said in a statement. “Although provoked, my response was inappropriate.”

This is a huge loss for Michigan State with No. 6 Wisconsin headed to East Lansing on Saturday.

We can all agree that this disciplinary action was warranted and fair. Well, everyone except Matt Millen.
