KSU’s Willie Wildcat Shows Textbook Hit

No. 7 Kansas State has one of the best defenses in the nation and during K-State’s 56-16 beat down of Kansas on Saturday, school mascot Willie the Wildcat showed he even has textbook tackling form while leveling a fake Kansas mascot at midfield.

As you can see from the picture below, the hit was so bone-crunching that the Jayhawk head the imposter was wearing flew off at midfield of Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium.

If the Wildcats ever get thin at linebacker due to injuries, they know where to look for reinforcements.
