Huskers’ Taylor Martinez Creates Own App
Taylor Martinez: There’s an app for that.
Rather, there’s an app that the Nebraska QB created. It’s a Simon-like game called Follow-the-Pattern, which he described to College Football Insider’s Jeremy Fowler as a “board game on your phone for competing against friends.”
“I like to work out puzzles in my head,” said Martinez. “There’s not much to do in Nebraska, so you just start thinking of ways to make money.”
Don’t laugh at Martinez’s foray into the mobile app world. As former UTEP standout and current NFL backup Jordan Palmer has demonstrated with the wildly popular RunPee, QBs can have a knack for this sort of thing.
