Henson Rips NCAA With ‘SCAM’ Shirt
Former North Carolina standout John Henson, now in his second season with the Milwaukee Bucks, has not been shy about expressing his disapproval for the NCAA’s dragged-out investigations as to whether current Tar Heels P.J. Hairston and Leslie McDonald - neither of whom has played this year - received impermissible benefits.
After tweeting his disapproval of the cases back in November, Henson posted an Instagram self-portrait on Thursday wearing a white shirt with the NCAA’s logo - only instead of “NCAA,” the letters inside the blue circle read “SCAM.”
Not coincidentally, Henson’s shirt is produced by a Chapel Hill-based store called Thrill City, which appreciates both the attention and the business they’re getting because of it.
Just put up more backstock quantities online—shipping next week. Orders made prior to 10 AM today will still go out this week.
