Georgia Fan Cries on Radio After Loss
Fans in the SEC take losses harder than most.
And then there’s one Georgia Bulldog fan that called into “The Night Cap” on Atlanta’s 92.9 The Game after UGA lost to Clemson on Saturday night, 38-35. The man first was crushed about the loss, then moved on to calling for Mark Richt’s job.
When the hosts ask the fan to name a possible replacement, the caller breaks down in tears and replies, “I don’t know who we can replace him with! Our whole season’s gone! How we gon’ play South Carolina now?!”
We’ve seen a lot of cute kids crying about devastating college sports moments but a grown man breaking down like this is just wrong.
