Florida State Football: WR Jesus Wilson Arrested for Stealing Moped
Scooter-related crimes are not limited to football players at Florida. They happen at Florida State, too.
Rising sophomore WR Jesus Wilson was arrested on Wednesday on charges of grand theft auto in the third degree. The vehicle in question: A moped that Wilson spent six days “borrowing” from fellow FSU student Sebastian Bellini for six days in June without asking him.
Wilson claimed in the arrest report that he borrowed the scooter from a student he knew in class named “Drew.” When local police stopped Wilson on the scooter on June 17, it had sustained damage requiring $882.13 to repair - which Wilson later admitted came from crashing the moped.
