Bush’s Heisman in New York Storage

From the sounds of it, the only Heisman Trophy in history ever to be vacated won’t be seeing the light of day anytime soon.

In an engrossing feature by The Washington Post detailing the current whereabouts of every Heisman Trophy ever awarded, Heisman coordinator Tim Henning said that Reggie Bush’s 2005 trophy is “in a storage unit in the New York City area, alongside portraits and valuables the Trust no longer had room for when it moved from the Downtown Athletic Club.”

Talk about going to all lengths not to acknowledge Bush’s win.
