‘Bama Couple Emotively Watch A&M Loss
Alabama’s attempted comeback against Texas A&M last Saturday was an emotional roller coaster for Crimson Tide fans. One couple taking in the game from the “T-Town Tailgate” in downtown Tuscaloosa took us along for the ride.
Moments encapsulated by this couple’s emotions include their incredulousness over a third quarter sack of A&M’s Johnny Manziel not being a safety (“Why didn’t they review that, Larry?!”) and the joy over WR Amari Cooper’s long TD in the fourth quarter.
The ultimate payoff comes at the 1:07 mark, when the woman shoves her husband to the ground after the interception by A&M’s Deshazor Everett in the end zone to seal A&M’s 29-24 upset victory. (In her defense, he was already crumpling to the ground in agony.)
And thankfully, this couple will be back in the same spot to watch Alabama’s final two regular season games, if the woman’s declaration early in the video is true.
Roll T-Town Tailgate Roll!
