Rypien’s Daughter Throws 3 TDs in Debut
Angela Rypien, daughter of former Washington State star and Super Bowl MVP Mark Rypien, threw three touchdowns in the Seattle Mist’s 42-8 victory over the Green Bay Chill this weekend in the Lingerie Football League - her debut in the league.
Don’t get too excited for Rypien, who was just 6-of-16 passing for 81 yards. However, she made her completions count, tossing three scores without an interception. Oh, and she also picked up a personal foul penalty for a cheap shot after the play.
But hey, as her father no doubt would tell her, a quarterback is measured by one important stat: Wins.
