Jack Blankenship is still going strong nearly one year after he became an internet sensation with a giant cut-out of his bug-eyed face.
For Tuesday’s home game against Kentucky, the Alabama sophomore added a flat top to his original blow-up as a means of making fun of Wildcats freshman center Nerlens Noel.
Alas, Blankenship’s efforts were greeted by a collective yawn from the Reddit community, with many Redditors lamenting that he’s still around. An apt comparison would be someone coming out with another video dancing to “Gangnam Style.”
Haters aside, “The Face” and his new haircut seemed to work as Alabama upended the defending national champions, 59–55.
