The South Florida Sun-Sentinel tipped us off to some high-priced memorabilia on Ebay, including a game-worn Sean Taylor jersey that is being auctioned for more than $20,000.
If that’s too rich for your blood, maybe you’d like to bid on a 1990 Sugar Bowl ring (it’s listed as the 1989 ring but is from the game played on Jan. 1, 1990), which is selling for just under $3,000. The ‘Canes won that game over Alabama en route to the national title.
For what it’s worth, the ring is being sold by someone with the handle of secrettomysuccess is from “a member of the organization,” according to the description.
We’re not sure if the aforementioned two pieces are legitimate – but, for those prices, we’d hope so.
