Just one day after we showed you the Toomer’s Corner cake, we give you this amazing edible replica of Nebraska’s Memorial Stadium. We even think this upstages the Cotton Bowl cake.
Check the photos below of this incredibly realistic cake, complete with light stanchions along with red-and-white frosting that looks like a crowd clad in Nebraska colors. The in-progress photos show just what a project this must have been.
