It’s now July and anticipation for the next Alabama-LSU game remains at a fever pitch.
The schools squared off for the BCS national championship after a regular-season matchup that was dubbed the “Game of the Century” last season. For this fall, tickets for the Nov. 3 game at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge already are going for $2,500 on Stubhub.
Alabama fans, for their part, haven’t forgotten their team’s victory. Check the photos below courtesy of Throw the Flag, which said it received the pictures from a Crimson Tide fan living in Baton Rouge – where there apparently is a lot of pro-Alabama stuff.
Yes, that’s a ‘Bama hat on an LSU tiger statue with a sign in front that reads “Nick’s Kitty.” There is also a photo of an flier that reads: “Should Have Put Jarrett Lee In.” Click on the link below to see more.
Nick Saban is back in Tuscaloosa, well, probably being a curmudgeon. But we’re sure that he would secretly enjoy his supporters’ enthusiasm.
