We’re not sure if they stuffed the ballot box, but Texas A&M fans got the job done.
The Aggies were selected as winners of ESPN’s “College GameDay” vote. A&M (225,803) barely edged Nebraska (222,972) for the prize of having a “GameDay” commercial filmed on their campus this summer.
TAMU Times pointed out the the Aggies, owners of the famous 12th Man, rallied support from the likes of Texas governor Rick Perry – a former A&M student – and former Aggies star Von Miller.
And it worked.
