He might be the most unrecognizable Super Bowl MVP ever. In 2003, Florida State’s Dexter Jackson snatched two interceptions and MVP honors as the Bucs trounced the Raiders, 48-21. Since then, Jackson hasn’t made as big an impact in the NFL and last played in the league in 2009 with the Bengals. Today he’s playing with the United Football League’s Florida Tuskers.
