Jarrett Payton, son of Walter, has signed with the Indoor Football League’s Chicago Slaughter. Jarrett will don his father’s #34 and will play under a former Bears teammate of Walter’s, Steve “Mongo” McMichael. The Slaughter are defending IFL champs.
