Former Ohio State guard Jamie Skelton, the 1994 Big Ten Player of the Year, owns and operates “Jamie Skelton Basketball Academy,” which trains boys and girls basketball players up to age 18.
Skelton, who played two seasons in the CBA after his memorable career in Columbus, runs the academy near Cleveland in Avon, OH. According to the academy’s web site, Skelton has 25 years of experience training players of all ability levels.
The former OSU captain offers training for “individuals, groups, teams, camps and fitness” for youth and high school players.
Skelton’s sixth-ranked Buckeyes will face rival and 17th-ranked Michigan on Saturday. Jamie Skelton profile
