Allen Iverson apparently is not satisfied with how his impressive NBA career came to an end. He wants a chance to rewrite its finale.
A four-time scoring champion and former NBA MVP with the Philadelphia 76ers, Iverson wants one last shot to play in the league and told Yahoo! Sports that his personal issues with his wife and formerly sick daughter are behind him.
“Everything is fine,” Iverson told Yahoo!. “(My wife and I) are still going through the (divorce) process. But it’s not like it was.”
Iverson played in Turkey last year and last played in the NBA two seasons ago, when he returned to the Sixers after stints with the Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies from 2006-09. Allen Iverson profile
