Mayweather Bets $400K on Alabama

Floyd Mayweather Jr. continued his good run in the world of sports betting on Monday night. And that’s putting it mildly.

The boxer tweeted his winning ticket from a bet placed on the BCS National Championship Game. He risked $400,000 to win $333,333.35 and cashed it after Alabama routed LSU, 21-0.

Said Mayweather on Twitter: “Just won $400k on Alabama, the new National Champs. Congrats to both teams!”

Not exactly true, but we get the point, Floyd. Considering that Mayweather bet $150,000 on the Little Caesar’s Pizza Bowl, dare we say this bet was actually kind of modest for him?
