Former Syracuse point guard Jason Hart is the head boys basketball coach at Taft High School in Woodland Hills district of Los Angeles, CA.
Hart played at both Inglewood and Westchester High Schools in Los Angeles before making the move east to Syracuse, where he was a steady four-year player who was named First Team All-Big East as a senior. He is the Orange’s all-time leader in steals.
After college, Hart was drafted in the second round of the 2000 NBA draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. He played in the league for nine teams from 2000-10.
Hart’s Orange will try and rebound from their first loss of the season to Notre Dame on Saturday with a road trip to Cincinnati on Monday night. Jason Hart profile
