The Alabama fan who is wanted by New Orleans police for putting his testicles on a passed out LSU fan may have been identified by multiple tipsters to two websites.
Outkick the Coverage has identified the fan as Brian (we will refrain from using the last name until the report has been confirmed), who “lives in Lee County and manages a Hibbett Sporting Goods in Columbus, GA. He graduated from Central High School in Phenix City in 1997.”
The website said that an Auburn Rivals message board helped in locating the alleged culprit.
Citing Hibbett Sporting Goods spokesperson Scott Myers, OTKC said that Brian no longer works at the store. The spokesperson then said “no comment” when asked if the man was fired because of the video of the incident.
Deadspin also received similar tips and got a similar response when trying to contact the sporting goods store. The website also confirmed that the alleged culprit attended Alabama.
